Mapecon "The Christian" extermination company in the Philippines.

I have had Mapecon's service for eight years in Davao, Philippines. The chemical work and the service technicians do an excellent job. They are the reason I have stuck out eight miserable years with an office staff and branch manager that does not know the meaning of SERVICE.

Until this year I had monthly service. They were suppose to come the second Thursday of each month before nine o'clock. That never happen! You call and call and call. Eventually they may get out the last day of the month at 4p.m.  Yes, they really expect you to sit home day after day and wait on them.

Service begins at the top and I guess because the office staff is around the branch manager all day the staff sees that he does not care about service so they do not either. Now the technicians are out in the field all day and are not exposed to the branch manager so they are not polluted or contaminated by him.

I changed to every other month because I got tired of dealing with them monthly. I spend more time trying to get them to come out now than ever before.

They were suppose to have come in November and I have not seen them regardless of the times I have called. They have missed two of the scheduled visits. That means I paid for two services on the yearly contract that I did not get.

Christian company  as they advertise! I do not think so because I would think a Christian company would keep its promises!

Does someone not sell a computer program that allows an exterminator to keep up with their schedule? If so why not sell one to Mapecon Davao.

I would not recommend Mapecon to anyone it is not worth the headache to get them to do what they contracted to do!
